Why did Gabriel Livermore bless us with this meal? My mom grew up very poor in
Brazil and as a result ate feijoada with a meat very reguarly as a meal.
When she imagrated here in the 90's and cooked this meal since it was cheap and easy.
As a result I grew up eating this meal as well and learning how to cook it too.

Other liquid ingredients depending on type of muffin (orange juice,
lemon juice, plain yogurt, sour cream)
Milk (fill up to 1 ½ to 2 cup line)
Instructions:
How to make white rice.
In a cooking pot boil 2 cups of water.
Add 2 tsp of garlic and 1 tsp salt and oil.
Continue boiling the water and add 2 cups of uncooked rice.
Stir all together and let cook on medium heat. If needed add more water until cooked thorough.
Stir constantly so the rice don't burn and glue to the bottom of the pot.
How to cook black beans.
If you are making beans from can, add oil garlic and salt to a pan and let it hit up.
Add the can of beans and let it warm up until the liquid in from the can become thick.
How to make ground beef and veggies.
In a fry pan add oil, garlic and salt.
When hot placed the ground beef in the pan and add water.
When the meat is all cooked, the water should be almost gone, add any desired veggies, frozen
veggies like, corn and peas works the best.
Add tomato paste and spices at your taste. Let it cook a bit longer to create a thick sauce.
